Terms and conditions for using Built In Boost services.
By accessing and using Built In Boost services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Built In Boost provides computer performance optimization services using only built-in Windows and macOS features. Our services include diagnostic guides, optimization playbooks, team productivity SOPs, IT policy templates, and remote advisory sessions.
We do not provide third-party software installations or modifications that require additional software beyond what is included with your operating system. All recommendations are based on native OS capabilities.
You are responsible for implementing our optimization recommendations at your own risk and discretion. While our guides use only built-in OS features, you should create system backups before making any changes to your computer configuration.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Built In Boost services, including optimization guides, SOPs, and policy templates, are owned by Built In Boost and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for your personal or business optimization purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Payment for our services is due upon purchase. We accept payment via the methods specified during the ordering process. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our optimization guides. Remote advisory sessions and custom policy development are non-refundable once delivered.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Support is provided via email and phone during New Zealand business hours. Response times may vary based on the complexity of your inquiry and your service level.
Built In Boost provides optimization recommendations based on industry best practices, but we cannot guarantee specific performance improvements or outcomes. Computer performance depends on many factors including hardware, software configuration, and usage patterns.
In no event shall Built In Boost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Built In Boost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
This indemnification applies to claims arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
